Who we are connected to, and how

Complete Wealth Solutions Inc, and the companies we may introduce you to.

We introduce clients to other companies. Some of those companies are ours.

We would rather you hear that from us, plainly and in one place, than work it out later. Nothing on this page changes what you pay us or what we deliver. It is here so that when we suggest a lender, an agent, a contractor, or an attorney, you know exactly what our relationship to them is and can weigh the introduction accordingly.

You are always free to use whoever you want. Using a company on this list is never a condition of working with us, and it is never required to receive any part of any program you have bought.

Companies we own or control

Complete Wealth Solutions Inc (CWS)
Coaching and consulting. Owned by Jen Pigg. This is the company you contract with for our programs.
Elite Realty International (ERI)
Investor-focused buyer and seller representation, and deal flow. Jen Pigg's company.
Elite Property Team (EPT)
Florida licensed contractor services and owner representation for renovations. Jen Pigg's company.
National Capital Resources (NCR)
Commercial lending, DSCR loans, hard money, and access to a private lender network. Nora Preston's company.
Employer Benefit Solution (EBS)
Life, health, and retirement benefits for employers. Nora Preston's company.
Healing Gardens Foundation Inc (HGF)
A nonprofit working in agriculture and community food access. Jen Pigg is Founder and Executive Director. Nora Preston is Marketing Director.
Farm2Table Directory (FTD)
A farm-to-table joint venture program operated under Healing Gardens Foundation.

The one we want to be especially clear about

Nora Preston is Chief Experience Officer of Complete Wealth Solutions. She also has more than 30 years in commercial lending and mortgage loan origination, which is why she is the one who talks to you about financing.

National Capital Resources, the lending company we may introduce you to, is hers.

That is not a problem, and it is not a secret. It is the reason she knows what she knows. But you should know it before you sit down with them, not after, so you can ask the questions you would ask any lender and shop the terms against anyone else you like.

The same applies to Elite Realty International and Elite Property Team, which are Jen's.

What we are paid

Nothing passes between our companies for sending you to one another. If we introduce you to ERI, EPT, NCR, or EBS, we do not earn a referral fee, a commission, or any other payment for the introduction. We disclose those companies because we own them, not because we get paid.

One outside arrangement does carry a benefit and we are naming it. Anderson Advisors, who we may recommend for entity structuring and tax work, extends Jen an affiliate credit that can be applied toward additional Anderson services. It is a credit with Anderson rather than cash, and it does not change what you pay. It is still a benefit to us if you work with them, so it belongs here.

Companies we do not own

  • Anderson Advisors. Entity structuring and tax. See the note above about the affiliate credit.
  • Outside lenders, equity partners, and credit partners we bring to the table for clients.
  • REIA contacts and wholesaler relationships used for deal flow.
  • Agents, attorneys, accountants, contractors, and property managers we suggest in your own market.

We hold no ownership in any of these and, apart from the Anderson credit named above, we receive nothing for introducing you to them.
