We introduce clients to other companies. Some of those companies are ours.
We would rather you hear that from us, plainly and in one place, than work it out later. Nothing on this page changes what you pay us or what we deliver. It is here so that when we suggest a lender, an agent, a contractor, or an attorney, you know exactly what our relationship to them is and can weigh the introduction accordingly.
You are always free to use whoever you want. Using a company on this list is never a condition of working with us, and it is never required to receive any part of any program you have bought.
Jen Pigg is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Missouri and a Florida Certified Building Contractor, which is why she is the one who talks to you about deals, renovations, and what a property is really going to cost.
Elite Real Estate Team and Elite Property Team, the brokerage and the contracting company we may introduce you to, are hers.
That is not a problem, and it is not a secret. It is the reason she knows what she knows. But you should know it before you sit down with them, not after, so you can ask the questions you would ask any broker or any contractor and shop the terms against anyone else you like.
Every other company we may send you to is listed below under the companies we do not own.
Nothing passes between our companies for sending you to one another. If we introduce you to ERET or EPT, we do not earn a referral fee, a commission, or any other payment for the introduction. We disclose those companies because we own them, not because we get paid.
Some outside companies are different, and here they are. We earn an affiliate fee, a commission, or other compensation when someone signs up through us with Anderson Advisors, Skool, the School of Quantum Human Design, and Community Builders. We also earn a commission on Tower Garden, and we give every dollar of it to Healing Gardens Foundation. With Darren Daily and the Darren Hardy Club we earn points toward branded gear rather than money. None of this changes what you pay, and none of it changes what we deliver.
Anderson Advisors is the oldest of those relationships and the one we lean on hardest. They have been Jen's real estate and tax attorneys for many years, and they are her nonprofit attorneys too. She first met them through an Asset Protection Academy training in 2012 and has worked with them ever since. They are on this list because they are paid professionals we actually use, and because they extend Jen an affiliate credit that can be applied toward additional Anderson services. It is a credit with Anderson rather than cash.
One more, because it comes up. Structura runs on GoHighLevel, and we build and manage that system for you inside our own agency. That is our service and our revenue, not a referral. But if you would rather run your own GoHighLevel agency than have us run it for you, we earn a referral fee when you set one up through us. We would rather tell you that now than have you wonder later whether it shaped our advice. Our business is doing the work, not sending you off to do it yourself.
We want to be straight about why four of those in particular are on the list. We are paid by them and we also use them ourselves, every day. The CWS Wealth Club runs on Skool. Your Human Design profile comes from the work Jen trained in through the School of Quantum Human Design. Community Builders is the system this business was built with. Anderson handles the entity and tax work we send people to. We recommend them because we use them, and we are also paid when you join them. Both of those things are true at once, and you should know the second one before you decide.

We hold no ownership in any of these. For every company on this list that is not marked above as paying us something, we receive nothing at all for introducing you.
